When You’re Eligible for a Refund

You can request a refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered

To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in these cases:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused after the product was delivered
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Cancellation & Prepaid Orders

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • If canceled in time, the full prepaid amount will be refunded
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
