All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location. For remote areas, it may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Packaging

Returns & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Products damaged after delivery

Refunds
